I loved the Play-Doh Mop Top Shop barber shop in the late 1970s |
Like most kids, I loved Play-Doh and all of the fun Play-Doh sets such as this one, my personal favorite, the Mop Top Barber Shop. As you cranked the chair, the hair would grow on the Play-Doh characters. How cool is that? I think they still make this.

I *still* want one of those. With purple and neon pink Play-doh.
ReplyDeleteAlways wanted these. I might go out to Toys R Us tomorrow to buy one.
ReplyDeleteThe kids had one, but it wasn't that one.
ReplyDeletei just remember the dried up crusty play-doh that would be forever stuck inside the hair holes. my favourite part was cutting the hair with the little scissors! :D
ReplyDeleteLove it! I now have an urge to cut playdough with really, really, really dull scissors. Where are they??
ReplyDeleteMy kids loved this. I kind of had fun with it too!
